Shipment status is showing Undelivered, what should I do?

We have instructed our courier partners to attempt delivery three times. So in case courier status is showing as undelivered or delivery not attempted, kindly wait for the delivery to be attempted again on next working day.
You may also reach out to the Customer Care department of the courier partners in case you wish to communicate any specific information.
If you face any issues with delivery, you may also raise a ticket with us.
